The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.

- Handle customer calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
